  • What does ODEX drilling entail?
    ODEX is an adaptation of the air-operated down-the-hole hammer, using an eccentric bit that swings out to ream the bottom of the casing. Cuttings exit through a swivel and onto the ground or a sample collector.
  • How much PSI do air tools require?
    Most air tools demand between 70 and 90 PSI. A light-to-medium duty air compressor can easily achieve 90 PSI, but it's advisable to have the compressor producing more flow than required for optimal performance.
  • How effective are case advancers?
    The Casing Advancer's design allows for simultaneous, integrated drilling and casing completion, saving time by eliminating the need to remove the drill rod string and rock bit from the hole before reaming the casing back in.
